Made to order
Each piece is laser-cut and hand-finished in our workshop in Keserwan, Lebanon after you order. Orders are dispatched within 10–14 days.

Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece leaves the workshop.

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, the UAE and Lebanon. The full list appears at checkout.
Import duties and taxes
Any import duties or local taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders to the United States and Canada arrive without additional charges.
Delays
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email serge@outbox.sarl and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
