Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

Each piece is laser-cut from 3mm steel and finished by hand. Because pieces are made individually, small variations in finish are normal and are not defects. Product images are representative; colour may appear differently across screens. Dimensions listed on each product page refer to the piece itself, not the stand.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in USD and include worldwide shipping. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where a price or product description was listed in error.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where the item is unavailable, the order appears fraudulent, or we cannot ship to your address.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, images, text and branding on this site are the property of Phoenicians Arts and may not be reproduced, resold, or used to manufacture copies without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, or extract data from it by automated means without permission.

9. Warranty

Our pieces are supplied for decorative and devotional use. They are not toys and should be kept away from small children. Steel edges may be sharp. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its contents are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION], and any dispute will be handled by the courts of [YOUR JURISDICTION].
